The VCHS Board adopted the following quidelines at the meeting on April 20, 2002.

The VCHS Church Museum and Mahala Log Cabin will be open on the third Saturday of each weekend. Guests will be asked for donations to help with the maintenance and upkeep of the properties.

Special tours for groups, which include a speaker and/or local historian, are subject to a base fee of $100. School groups may be exempt from the $100 fee. All others will be asked to pay the fee in advance of the booking.
